Hello and welcome to the sale of this stunning Freelander 2. It has had just 3 owners from new, with the last owner since 2015. It has been impeccably serviced and maintained, with a stamped up service book, along with receipts and invoices for general maintenance and repairs, including cam belt change, Haldex and front and rear diff services. It had a full major service in October 2025 and has just had a new MOT done. It comes with 2 keys, original book pack and manuals.

The exterior is in absolutely fantastic condition, with no sign of poor repairs, and the beautiful metallic red paintwork retains a deep shine. It is even on the original Stratstone number plates. The alloy wheels are all very tidy and well shod with quality Nexen tyres with great tread. It has the handy roof rail package, but no tow bar, so has never towed. I can arrange to have one fitted should you wish to have one!

The interior is verging on immaculate for the age, with very little in the way of wear to the cabin. The almond leather interior is fresh and clean, and everything appears to work nicely including the air conditioning. Obviously being the top spec HSE model, it is very well equipped including electric sunroof, electrically operated heated seats, armrests, Alpine sound system, electric folding mirrors, wood grain trim, cruise control and much more. The parcel shelf is present, and being critical there are a few small light marks on the load area trims as to be expected. There is a full size alloy spare wheel underneath the spacious boot floor.

The faithful 2.2 turbo diesel engine starts and runs very well, and pulls perfectly through the smooth automatic gearbox as it should with plenty of power on tap whilst retaining sensible economy. . On the road it is very tight, with no untoward knocks or bangs, it tracks well and it pulls up square under braking.

To sum up, this is a top example of an ever popular model, with excellent provenance and in above average condition throughout, and I am sure the new owner will be delighted.
