After over 10 years off the road, the last couple of years have been dedicated to the recommissioning of this car to a solid, attractive and usable example by the current enthusiast keeper. Any structural work underneath has been undertaken, along with a high standard glass out respray in the original red. All the trims are in neat condition, and the often troublesome sunroof has been replaced by a non opening fibreglass unit. It has had a thorough mechanical inspection and any service work or repairs required duly carried out, including new brake discs and pads all round.

There are a few low key period modifications well in keeping with the Japanese car scene, including refurbished bronze alloy wheels, coil over suspension, Momo steering wheel, a 4 branch manifold and stainless steel exhaust.

The awesome retro interior is in a very clean and tidy condition with minimal wear and tear considering it's age.

Whilst the shell has covered an indicated and probably now largely irrelevant 183k miles, at some point in the past this car has been uprated to the sought after 1.6 Vtec B16a engine, which is very much 'the one to have', and it is running and pulling very well with great power.

On the road it handles as it should with positive steering and gear selector and it pulls up well under braking.

To sum up, this is a mechanically and cosmetically very well sorted example of this now very rare and desirable 90s hot hatch, and I am sure the new owner will be very pleased.
