Hello and welcome to the sale of this great Ford Mustang.
This car was originally a Japanese Import, which came to the UK in 2006 so spent the first part of it's life in a dry climate which has no doubt helped it. It has just 100,000 kms on the clock, which equates to just over 60,000 miles. It is free from rust on the body and is very solid underneath.
It has just had a full service including spark plugs and will have a fresh MOT.
The 'Deep Forest Green' bodywork is very straight and tidy overall, with just a few light marks here and there as you would expect and the paintwork retains a deep shine. There is a small amount of sun fading to the paint on the rear of the roof but it really is not very noticeable.
I have also added a really cool pair of replica US style metal number plates which is a nice touch.
The 17" alloy wheels are from a slightly later model, they are in great condition and I think they really suit the car. I have also just fitted 4x brand new tyres.
The tan velour interior is in great overall condition and gives a lovely retro feel and look. It is clean and dry, with very little wear and tear and no bad odours. The air con works great too!
On the road, the 3.8 V6 engine starts and runs very well, and sounds awesome through the stainless twin exit exhaust system, with a lovely burble whilst not being too loud. The steering, brakes and suspension are all in good order with a positive feel and no knocks or bangs.
To sum up this is a really tidy and usable example of the increasingly popular 'SN95' Mustang, and looks to be one of the best value Mustangs of any type for sale on the market today, particularly if you want something a bit understated and not poorly modified. I can see it making a perfect first American car for someone, perhaps someone who's budget does not stretch to a V8 or some of the older (or newer) models, or maybe a good daily driver for someone with a collection of other interesting cars. Either way we are sure the new owner will be very pleased.
